HOW  TO PUBLISH A BLOG POST ON BLOGGER

In my last article i talked about how to create a blog on blogger, after a succseful creation of your blog, it is high time you publish your first post.
As i said in my previous post, blogger has made layouts and other features very easy for its users to access and toy with.
publishing a post on blogger is as easy as sending a whatsapp message.
There are two methods that you can use to publish a post.

(1) Mobile Method
(2) Desktop Method

 (1) Mobile Method: This is the easiest method, although only a few people know about this method, the easiest way to publish a post on your mobile phone is to use the blogger  app, because sometimes using the mozilla firefox or other javascript enable browser is not usually friendly as it

usually subdue some mobile devices to excessive slugishness.

Using the the blogger mobile app has some restrictions which include:
(i) It does not have the feature of setting the publisher location.
(ii) It does not have the feature of adding a search description or meta description. Many people don't know the essence of this search description. The search description or meta description is a way of providing information to search engines such as Goolge, Bing, Yandex, Yahoo search e.t.c about your blog.
This meta description tells the search engines about the content of your webpage. If your search description is properly defined, your posts will have higher chances of appearing on the top pages of search results.
In my upcoming article, i will explain how to activate the meta descrption for your blog.
(iii) It does not have the options of scheduling a post.
(iv) It does not have the option of uploading a video.

(2) Desktop Method: The desktop method is the best method of publishing a post, although not every blogger might have access to a computer so that is why blogger has provided an app for moblie phones.
The desktop method has a full Microsoft Word feature.
It allows meta or search desciption.
Allows users to add their locations
Allows post  scheduling



Allows users to add both images and video clips although the blogger mobile app allows only insertion of images.
Allows Image captions which is not allowed on the blogger mobile app.
Now we proceed to to how to publish a post on the desktop method.
(i) Visit www.blogger.com
(ii) At the top of the page, you will see publish a post, click it and it will load a page where you can write articles, the page usually looks like a microsoft word just like the one below.
