To apply for adsense is very easy, as blogger has made everything very easy for its users.
To apply for adsense, simply log in to your blogger dashboard and goto earnings, on earnings you should see something like signup




If the signup bottom doesnt appear, it means you are not yet qualified to register for adsense, but once the signup appears, it means you are qualified to register for adsense.
But you have to understand the fact that even after registering for an account with adsense, you will still have to apply for advert placement, this is where the problem usually starts for some bloggers.
Now before you even apply for an adsense account, it is advisable for you to read the Google adsense terms of service, you will find out, some countries like India, China and Nigeria adsense usually takes about 6months of blogging with unique content or article before adsense can accept you to place their ads.
So at most i do advise new bloggers to wait till atleast 4-6 months of writing unique contents on their blog before applying for adsense because some bloggers will keep applying and keep getting  rejected until adsense finally suspend their account. To be Continued!!!!!!
